Our industrially manufactured structural products revolutionise the traditional building trades to achieve speed and quality at competitive pricing. Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has been incorporated in Malaysia since 1989 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of NSL Limited.
Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has a strong international background and profound local business knowledge. With a strong internal Design and Engineering team of more than 45 personnel, we offer value-added products and services for Design & Build or Build-only contracts. Our proven track record of over 3000 projects in Malaysia and Singapore is a testament to our commitment in ensuring our product and service offerings will meet and exceed all project expectations.

Our precast items have been recognised with the IBS Manufacturer & Product Assessment & Certification (IMPACT), Bomba and recognised by the Singapore Green Building Product Certification (SGBC). We are proud to be the member of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) and the International Prestressed Hollowcore Association (IPHA).

EPM- We Care
Our commitment to employees’s well-being goes beyond the workplace. We prioritise the comfort and safety of our on-site staff by developing, designing, and constructing a new precast dormitory at our factories. Not only does our new dormitory comply with the latest standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446), our dormitories also provide a high standard and quality of living for our on-site staff. At Eastern Pretech, we believe that fostering a supportive work environment is essential for our employees' overall health and work fulfilment.
